More AVD Confex 2012 news…

Mike Child formally of AV Department Ltd will be rejoining us for a brief spell especially to help on the stand. Mike is a nice approachable chap, worldly wise with the inside track on what we do.

During Confex 2012 we have decided to focus on  our Microphone Discussion and Interpretation system supply. We provide these systems to many other AV companies as they themselves would prefer to concentrate on other core activities. To this end we will be targeting our marketing to other AV suppliers and venues that have their own in house AV support. If you are an AV supplier or a venue then look out for our Confex 2012 promotional email scheduled to hit your in box on the 20th of Feb about 10am… or get in touch now, why wait!

Its amazing how when you sign up to do an expo like Confex 2012 it forces you to re-assess the way you are represented and to try new things out. (Like this diary) I trust it is all for the good.

Yesterday I designed a little post card to give to the visitors on the stand. I quite like the way it looks and may adopt it as a more permanent addition to our marketing materials.

The idea is that it is small and neat and so won’t weigh down the visitor, it can be easily pinned to a notice board and it has all the relevant info with supporting images. We have rather optimistically ordered 200, we can but hope.
