AV Department Limited (AVD) is a specialist Audio Visual (AV) supplier – established in 2005, Scottish, Independant, Agile, Ethical, Environmentally Aware.

We have been working tirelessly since 2005 to bring our clients the best in the fields of microphone systems, simultaneous interpretation, hard of hearing and tour guides.

Our clients include Corporates, Charities, Governments and NGOs.  In addition AVD is the preferred supplier to the major Conference Centres in Scotland and many other AV Companies throughout the UK.

In person live events, hybrid or online we can help with kit on site or with remote support from our studios.

Mark Kisby (Managing Director) Started AV Department Ltd in 2005, 27 years experience in Pro AV, specialist is audience response, simultaneous interpretation. Mark has a BSc in Industrial Design and Engineering.

Derek Welsh (Operations Director) Joined AV Department Ltd in 2006, 18 years experience in Pro AV, specialist is audience response, simultaneous interpretation. Derek has a BSc in Music Technology with Electronics.
