Shipment Tracking
We are always thinking of ways to improve our service. To this end we are now tracking our shipments with AirTags to help reduce delays and misdirections.

We use what we believe to be the best courier available for our dry hire deliveries. (It is determined by a combination of reliability, value, ease of access and regulations). However even our best supplier can have off days or the weather can cause issues.
When this happens the consequences range from a simple delayed delivery to a full cancellation of the hire. We always ship next day delivery in advance of your hire and then add an extra day to factor for a possible delay. We follow the shipment via the tracking number given by the courier and we can see it being scanned at various points as it goes through their system. However these scan points are few and far between and after a recent spate of mis directions and delays we have decided to now include an Apple Air Tag in all our shipments.
The tag will allow us to see in real time where our goods are in their journey to you. We can up date you on were they are at any time and not rely on an operative scanning a bar code. The tags are inside the marked cases and are easily identifiable. They can be removed and kept at your office while you use the equipment but they should be returned to the cases for the return ship back to us.
This will hopefully reduce the inconvenience and anxiety caused by shipping problems and allow us proactively work to ensure our shipments reach you as promised, on time, every time.
