Council Meeting System
56 microphones in the space with cameras and screens to connect to Microsoft Teams for remote participants.
The room is split into two zones each with its own discreet Teams log in for top table and councillors.
The councillors are using Shure DDS5900 discussion mics and viewing remote participants on 70” screens either side of the hall. The Top table is using Taiden multimedia microphones and will view remote participants directly on their personal monitors built into the Taiden desk top units. Installed in eight hours by two techs.
The council arranged several meetings to run back to back to make full use of the temporary facilities. Rehearsals on Monday with meetings on Wednesday followed by a clean and strip out.
